Compare top lemlist alternative tools for cold outreach. Review verified pricing, unlimited mailboxes, GDPR compliance, and European billing.

The best lemlist alternative depends on how many emails you send and how many people send them. Instantly suits high-volume cold email, Saleshandy suits shared team prospecting, and GMass suits Gmail-only senders. Brevo and Warmup Inbox solve narrower problems. All prices below are before VAT.

TL;DR: The Best Lemlist Alternative Options

TL;DR: The Best Lemlist Alternative Options
TL;DR: The Best Lemlist Alternative Options

Each tool fits a different job, so here is who should pick it and who should skip it.

  • Instantly suits high-volume cold email with unlimited email accounts. Skip it if you need LinkedIn or calls in the same sequence.
  • Saleshandy suits teams that want prospect data and multichannel steps under one flat plan. Skip it if you want a trial longer than 7 days.
  • GMass suits solo operators who send from Gmail. Skip it if you work outside Google or want automated warmup.
  • Brevo suits teams that want a French vendor, euro and pound pricing and a free plan. Skip it for heavy cold outreach.
  • Warmup Inbox suits teams that keep their current sending tool and buy deliverability separately. Skip it if you need lead data or a single invoice.

On the European side, lemlist stores data only in the EU, while Instantly hosts on US servers. The compliance section below covers this, along with billing currencies.

Start with your channel mix, then check how the bill grows with people and mailboxes. According to lemlist's pricing page, checked October 2026, the Email plan has unlimited users and senders, while Multichannel lists 5 senders per user and is priced per user.

  • Choose Instantly when cold email is your whole channel and volume is high. Its listed plans include unlimited email accounts and warmup, so a new mailbox adds no fee.
  • Choose Saleshandy when SDRs want email, calls, WhatsApp steps and LinkedIn tasks in one sequence. It also lists 852M+ contacts with waterfall enrichment, and the Pro plan covers up to 10 users.
  • Choose Brevo when newsletters and sales email should live in one tool. You get a Paris-headquartered vendor and a free plan with 300 emails a day.
  • Choose GMass when your team lives in Google Workspace. It sends through the Gmail API and its Spam Solver checks placement before you hit send, from US$25 a month.
  • Choose Warmup Inbox when you like your sending tool but need warmup and spam monitoring per inbox.

Picture a three-person team sending about 20,000 cold emails a month. Instantly's Growth plan allows 5,000, so that team lands on Hypergrowth or on lemlist's Email plan, which allows 50,000.

Two European checks sit on top. Look at the billing currency, because lemlist and Brevo list euros and pounds while the other four list dollars. Then look at where the data lives, which the compliance section sets out vendor by vendor.

Source: official pricing pages of lemlist, Instantly, Brevo and Warmup Inbox, checked October 2026, plus Saleshandy's and GMass's own 2026 published pages.

Two gaps matter most. On lead data, lemlist bundles a 650M+ database and Saleshandy lists 852M+ contacts, while Instantly sells lead credits on a separate plan and GMass focuses on sending. On trials, lemlist offers 14 days with 200 free credits, Saleshandy and Warmup Inbox offer 7 days, and Brevo gives you a free plan instead.

GMass skips automated warmup on purpose. It says Google rules against it and points to Spam Solver, which tests a draft on around 20 real inboxes.

Five Lemlist Alternatives Reviewed in Detail

Instantly: high-volume cold email

Instantly is the straightforward choice when you want to send a lot of cold email without paying per mailbox.

  • Growth, Hypergrowth and Light Speed all list unlimited email accounts and warmup.
  • Growth covers 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month.
  • Hypergrowth covers 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails, with premium live support.
  • Light Speed adds 100,000+ contacts, 500,000+ emails and a dedicated server and IP system.

The downsides are real. It is email only, lead database credits come on a separate plan, and its servers are in the United States.

According to Instantly's pricing page, checked October 2026, Growth costs US$37.60 a month billed annually (US$47 monthly) and Hypergrowth US$77.60 (US$97 monthly). Against lemlist, Hypergrowth lists 125,000 emails where lemlist's Email plan lists 50,000, but you give up LinkedIn, SMS and calling. See Instantly's page for current plans.

Saleshandy: shared team prospecting

Saleshandy suits teams that want leads and outreach in one place without a charge for every extra user.

  • 852M+ contacts with 9-provider waterfall enrichment, at 1 credit per verified work email.
  • Email, calls, WhatsApp steps and LinkedIn tasks in one sequence.
  • Unlimited connected email accounts and unlimited warmup, plus Inbox Radar for placement testing.
  • MCP, CLI and API access, even on Starter.

The free trial lasts 7 days, half of lemlist's. LinkedIn appears as tasks in Saleshandy's own comparison, whereas lemlist lists LinkedIn automation.

According to Saleshandy's published comparison, checked in 2026, Starter is US$34 a month billed annually with 6,000 emails and 1,500 Lead Finder credits. Pro is US$76 billed annually for up to 10 users, 100,000 emails and 4,000 credits. That makes it the closest like-for-like swap for a lemlist team that has outgrown per-user pricing. Saleshandy has no page on this site yet.

GMass: Gmail-based outreach

GMass is the simple option if your whole workflow runs inside Gmail.

  • Every plan includes unlimited emails, campaigns and contacts, free email verification and Spam Solver.
  • Premium adds auto follow-up sequences, API and Zapier access, A/B testing and triggered emails.
  • Professional adds inbox rotation with unlimited sending addresses.
  • Sending goes through the Gmail API, and you can also connect an SMTP server.

It works inside Gmail, so it will not suit teams on other mail systems. It also has no automated warmup network.

According to GMass's own 2026 page, Standard is US$25 a month (US$18 annual), Premium US$35 (US$27 annual) and Professional US$55 (US$43 annual). Against lemlist's US$55 Email plan, you reach inbox rotation for less, but without a bundled lead database or multichannel steps. GMass has no page on this site yet.

Brevo: French vendor, marketing plus outreach

Brevo fits when you also send newsletters and want one European vendor behind both.

  • A free plan with 300 emails a day.
  • A French parent company, a SAS in Paris.
  • Paid plans priced in euros and pounds.

It is a marketing email platform. Don't expect lemlist-style mailbox rotation or LinkedIn steps, and the free plan stops at 300 emails a day.

According to Brevo's pricing page, checked October 2026, the paid prices are listed in EUR and GBP on the live page. For a team whose outbound is light and mostly warm, that can replace a lemlist seat. Heavy cold outreach is a different story. See Brevo's page for current plans.

Warmup Inbox: standalone deliverability

Warmup Inbox suits teams that want sender reputation handled apart from the sending engine.

  • Basic: 75 warmup messages a day per inbox, spam and category monitoring, a reputation check, outreach sequences and API.
  • Pro: 250 messages a day, your own templates, scheduled warmup and priority support.
  • Max: 1,000 messages a day, a technical setup check and premium support.
  • A quote is available for 51 inboxes and up.

The price is per inbox, so the cost climbs with every mailbox you add. It has no lead database and no multichannel steps.

According to Warmup Inbox's pricing page, checked October 2026, Basic is US$15 per inbox a month billed annually (US$19 monthly), Pro US$49 (US$59) and Max US$79 (US$99). A 7-day free trial is available. lemlist already includes lemwarm on every plan, so you only add this if you send from another tool. See Warmup Inbox's page.

The Real Cost for Growing SDR Teams

Per-seat pricing bites on lemlist's Multichannel plan, not on its Email plan. Five SDRs who only send email can share one Email plan, because it has unlimited users and senders. The bill changes when some of them need LinkedIn, SMS or calls.

PlanPrice per month, annual billingWhat the price covers
lemlist EmailUS$55Unlimited users and senders, 50,000 emails
lemlist MultichannelUS$87 per user5 senders per user, unlimited emails and messages
lemlist lead enrichment add-onUS$162,000 credits (400 emails or 100 phone numbers)
lemlist buying signals add-onUS$21100 signals
Instantly HypergrowthUS$77.60Unlimited email accounts, 25,000 contacts, 125,000 emails
Saleshandy ProUS$76Up to 10 users, 100,000 emails, 4,000 lead credits

A competing 2026 comparison puts five Multichannel seats at US$435 a month, before add-ons. The enrichment and signal packs in the table come on top of that. Instantly and Saleshandy list flat plan prices instead, so adding a sixth rep changes nothing on Saleshandy until you pass 10 users.

Credits deserve a second look. lemlist charges credits only for successful results and lets unused ones roll over while your subscription is active. Even so, 2,000 credits are listed as 400 emails or 100 phone numbers. Saleshandy states 1 credit per verified work email, so compare the unit before you compare the pack size.

If your team sends email only, lemlist's Email plan is competitive on seats, and the gap is mostly volume and warmup limits. For a head-to-head on those two, read Instantly vs lemlist. For lemlist's own tiers, see lemlist's page.

European Compliance and VAT Billing Guide

Where does your data live?

Data location differs sharply across the tools. This list comes from each vendor's privacy and data processing pages, checked October 2026.

  • lemlist: personal data is stored exclusively in the European Union. It publishes a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
  • Brevo: the group parent is a French SAS in Paris. The data controller is Sendinblue France SAS, Brevo Inc. or Brevo Germany GmbH, depending on your location, and Brevo Inc. complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Instantly: a Delaware company with servers in the United States. It says transfers from Europe rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK-US Data Bridge or other approved mechanisms.
  • Warmup Inbox: run by CyberPanda s. r. o. in Slovakia, with a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.

For Saleshandy and GMass, this guide has no verified data-location or DPA source, so they are left out of this comparison.

Currency and invoices

lemlist bills in dollars, euros or pounds, and the listed figures are identical across the three: 55 for Email and 87 for Multichannel. Pay in your own currency and your bank has nothing to convert. Its interface also comes in English, French, German and Spanish.

For finance teams that can't pay by card, lemlist's Enterprise FAQ points to custom invoicing, and its feature table lists wire transfer or SEPA payment. Brevo prices its paid plans in euros and pounds. Instantly, Saleshandy, GMass and Warmup Inbox list dollar prices.

Every price in this guide excludes VAT. The invoice you receive will name the contracting entity above, such as Brevo Germany GmbH or CyberPanda s. r. o., which is the detail your accounts team will want when it books the purchase.

Which one should you pick?

If cold email is your whole channel and volume is high, Instantly fits. If you want leads and multichannel steps for a team without per-seat fees, Saleshandy fits. Gmail-only senders should look at GMass, newsletter-plus-sales teams should look at Brevo, and anyone staying on their current tool but needing warmup alone should look at Warmup Inbox.

Before you sign anything, check where each vendor stores your data against your own compliance needs.
